Symonds Yat Canoe Trip

A beginner’s open boat trip to Symonds Yat is planned for the 25-27/06.

It will be led by Hugh and Clarissa, with camping at two locations along the river, at a cost of ~£25. It will be self catered and you would need your own camping equipment. The trip has space for 4 beginners, and would include a day of paddling flat water/G1, with the second day being spent at Symonds Yat rapids.

No previous experience is required, there will be a session on the canal in the weeks before to learn the basic strokes and get used to paddling the beasts!

Please note: we are working under the assumption that Covid-19 restrictions allow this trip to go ahead. The trip may be modified or cancelled should this not be the case.
