The club will be running its popular rolling course in the new year. Dates are:
- 13th January pool session 7.15 – 8.45 pm
- January 15th dry session 7.30 pm at the club
- January 27th pool session 7.15 – 8.45 pm.
The course will introduce you to skill sets and exercises to practice in your own time to develop an effective white water roll No experience of rolling required. Cost £25.
