River running on the Barle & Exe

An ideal trip for those who have completed an Introduction to White Water Kayaking course and other members looking for some fun grade 2/3 kayaking in gorgeous countryside. We will stay at the Dulverton Residental Centre and eat out on the Saturday evening.

This should be a great warm up trip before the winter kayaking season starts and an ideal introduction to river running. The trip is open to all, as long as you have received training in kayaking on moving water (e.g. Intro course, one of our Mile End Mill trips or equivalent training).

As with all trips, available places will depend on having enough drivers and experienced paddlers to lead and support.

Cost will be approx. £45.00 for bed, breakfast and packed lunches. You will need to bring a sleeping bag and pillow case (bedding can also be hired from the centre).
