Annual general meeting

The Regents Canoe Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an annual meeting of the club’s membership to review the club’s and Management Committee’s activities over the past year and to provide direction for the club for the coming year.

The meeting is open to all members to attend, and a chance for you to have your say about the running of the club. You’ll be able to hear what we’ve been up to this year and what we hope to do in the future. Votes are through a show of hands or, if there’s a contested position, a secret ballot. Proxy votes are also available.
