A note on data protection
General Data Protection Rules ensure that all personally identifiable information that we collect is handled responsibly. Please see the Information Management Guidance document within the Data Management folder for more information. The ROPA also dictates what information is collected and where it is stored.
We request that any documents that contain personally identifiable information be treated with extra care:
- only share when necessary, if possible direct people to this document management service
- email the document to and from the official RCC inboxes only
- password protect the documents and send the password via an alternate channel
