We paddle in Islington Basin and along Regents Canal on Monday and Thursday nights.
We run white water kayaking trips once a month (or more) through autumn and winter, as well as fortnightly pool sessions at the Britannia Leisure Center and various other social club activities.
We are accepting new members
We run New Members’ Evenings on the canal, too!
To ensure that we have enough volunteers at those sessions, new members need to preregister for these sessions. We only have a limited number of spaces available. Our website provides all the information about our club.
If you have any questions as to what our club offers please contact our membership officer at membership@regentscanoeclub.

Our Introduction to White Water Kayaking courses are designed for adults (18+) who have little or no previous experience of paddling kayaks, but who want to learn to kayak on moving water.
Boats, paddles and bouyancy aids are available for use on club night.
Our canal site is undergoing renovation work which means toilets are available, but changing rooms and hot showers are temporarily unavailable.
Members have free use of all equipment and facilities on club nights and can hire equipment for use outside of club hours.
Non members can visit the club on New Members’ Evenings or as guests during a canal session.
New Members’ Evenings are the only way to join the club unless you do an Introduction course.
We’d love to have you!
Please visit membership section on ways to join Regents Canoe Club.
