Kayaking is not a crime

URGENT: Sign this petition and let the Welsh Assembly know that you support the right for the public to access natural resources, including rivers, in Wales. This is an opportunity to open up Welsh rivers for the enjoyment of all - a public right which is denied in England. The Welsh Canoeing Association wants our support.
